RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Shallow Water Stalkers, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

RETURNS (NON-CUSTOM ITEMS)

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible returns may receive:

• Refund to original payment method (excluding shipping charges)
• Store credit
• Size exchange

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• In original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Please review our size charts before placing your order.

If you need a different size:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Return the item in unworn condition
• Once received, we will ship the replacement size

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Many of our products are printed to order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Personalized items
• Custom name designs
• Special event orders
• Made-to-order custom products

Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Email clear photos of the issue
• Include your order number

Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Worn merchandise
• Washed merchandise
• Items with odors, including smoke, perfume, or cologne
• Clearance or final sale items
• Custom patches
• Gift cards

SHIPPING

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Shallow Water Stalkers.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
