Thank you for shopping with Shallow Water Stalkers. We are a Louisiana-based, made-to-order apparel brand, and we appreciate your support.

PROCESSING TIME

Most products are made to order.

Please allow:

• 3–7 business days for order processing

• Additional processing time during holidays, sales events, product launches, or periods of high order volume

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory availability and production schedules.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship using trusted carriers including:

• USPS

• UPS

• Other regional shipping providers when applicable

Estimated transit times:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after processing

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages

• Additional shipping charges may apply to reship an order

• Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require additional postage before being resent

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

Shallow Water Stalkers is not responsible for:

• Lost packages marked as delivered

• Stolen packages

• Carrier delays

• Weather-related delivery disruptions

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim when applicable.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight

• Shipping destination

• Selected shipping method

We may periodically offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.

PREORDERS & LIMITED RELEASES

Certain products may be offered as preorders or limited releases.

For these products:

• Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page

• Orders containing preorder items may be held and shipped together once all items become available

• Production and shipping timelines for preorder items may differ from standard orders

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Shallow Water Stalkers only ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future:

• Customers will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges

• We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by international authorities
